Reflection:

In my Motor Development class every Monday we were asked to go to St. Mary’s school to work with children. It was a very positive experience and I learned a lot. Motor Development will benefit me in my future career of becoming a Physical education teacher. I learned very useful skills that I will definitely use throughout my life. Working with the children was a great opportunity and I taught many useful principals that relate to physical activity and fitness.
